Inspection process

Prepress Inspection:

• Verify that the digital or physical artwork files are correct and ready for printing.

Press Setup Inspection:

• Ensure that the printing press is correctly set up and calibrated.
• Check ink density and color balance.

Inline Inspection (during printing):

• Use automated systems or human operators to inspect printed materials as they come off the press.
• Detect and correct any printing defects such as misregistration, streaks, spots, or color variations.
• Monitor print quality, including sharpness, clarity, and uniformity.

Post-Printing Inspection:

• Examine printed materials once they have completed the printing process.
• Inspect for defects like smudges, scratches, or other physical damage.
• Check for color accuracy, consistency, and overall print quality.
• Verify that any additional finishing processes (e.g., laminating, varnishing, die-cutting) have been executed correctly.

• Inspect for any errors or inconsistencies.
• Check for proper folding, binding, or other finishing details.

Packaging and Delivery Inspection:

• Inspect the printed materials during the packaging and shipping process.
• Verify that the correct quantity is packaged.
• Check for any damage that may have occurred during transportation.
